Viktor Petrovich Yeliseyev (Russian: Ви́ктор Петро́вич Елисе́ев, born June 9, 1950) is a Russian general, orchestra conductor and music teacher. He is the director of the Ministry of the Interior Ensemble, one of the two Russian Red Army Choirs.
